Integrity prides itself on a strong ballet foundation as it is the basis of technique for all dance forms.   Ballet training also instills positive qualities such as discipline, confidence and self esteem while strengthening muscles, promoting healthy bones, coordination and balance. 

In an effort to recognize and celebrate our ballet dancers, Integrity presents excerpts from the Nutcracker. It is through performances such as this where we hope to inspire young dancers to pursue the beautiful art of ballet and pointe and share this appreciation with our community.  In 2022, Integrity was honored to share the stage with The Elgin Symphony Orchestra at The Hemmens Cultural Center.  This performance includes a select group of dancers chosen from our audition.  Click HERE to register an account with Integrity and receive email updates.
